Motion:To approve the agenda as presented.

Rick Ocean, President of South Delta United Soccer Club, will present:

• Background of the proposed amalgamation with Fusion FC

• Strategic rationale and benefit

• Impact on club operations, teams, and members

• Timeline and vision for the future

The Chair will recognize members to ask questions, provide comments, or seek clarification.

• Questions may reference the FAQ.

• Remarks should be directed through the Chair

• Time limit: 2 minutes per member

Total time allotted: 20 minutes (may be extended by motion)

The Chair will explain the live voting process using Google Forms:

• Eligible members will receive the voting link

• One vote per eligible member

• Voting window: 2 minutes

• Votes are submitted anonymously and tallied immediately.

• Note: Prior to the vote, our team will capture attendance to timestamp and compare against the votes to confirm no proxy voting.

Motion:The membership approve the amalgamation of South Delta United Soccer Club with Fusion FC as presented.

• The motion will be moved and seconded.

• Final clarifying questions may be asked before voting.

• Members will vote using the Google Forms.

• The Voting Period will be for two minutes. After two minutes, the ballots will be closed.

• A 10-minute recess will be called to allow team to validate ballots.

• The Chair will reconvene the meeting.

• The official vote tally and outcome will be announced.

• The immediate next steps will be shared.
