We’re proud to offer an exciting range of programs designed to keep everyone engaged, no matter their age or skill level. While our main teams program runs during the Fall and Winter seasons, we’re constantly evolving to meet growing demand. We now offer programs year-round, including Spring programs and Spring and Summer camps.

Additionally, our Academy Program and Goalkeeper Academy, which runs in both Fall/Winter and Spring, offers developing players an extra chance to enhance their skills through focused technical development in a structured and supportive environment.
For our youngest soccer stars, we offer the Little Strikers Spring Camp, designed for 3-year-olds as an introduction to soccer. This program focuses on fun, movement, and basic skills, fostering a love for the game in a supportive and playful environment.
Whether you're looking for competitive play, technical development, or a fun camp experience, South Delta United has something for you. Program Overview: This 4-week indoor soccer program is designed to improve players' skills and decision making within the game in a fast-paced, small-sided environment similar to futsal. Futsal is a variant of soccer played indoors on a hard court with a smaller and heavier ball, which encourages quick thinking, ball control, and technical skill development. These sessions will help players enhance their agility, passing, shooting, and decision-making abilities while fostering teamwork and sportsmanship.
Target Audience:
Players of all skill levels (Ages U8-U13)
Individuals seeking to improve technical skills and overall soccer performance
Recreational and competitive players
Program Goals:
Technical Skills: Improve individual ball handling, passing, dribbling, and shooting in tight spaces.
Tactical Understanding: Encourage quick decision-making, tactical awareness, and reading of the game in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Conditioning: Enhance agility, endurance, and coordination through high-intensity drills and small-sided games.
Teamwork & Communication: Foster teamwork, communication, and collaboration through small group play and tactical exercises.
Decision Making: Improve split second decisions under time and space constraints
Why Futsal?
The small-sided nature forces players to think quickly and make faster decisions, which is essential for developing technical skills in real-game situations.
The smaller ball and court size create a challenging environment where players must learn to control the ball with precision and speed.
The fast tempo and frequent touches on the ball enhance overall fitness, coordination, and game intelligence.
Outcome: At the end of the 4 weeks, players will have honed their technical skills and developed increased confidence in small-sided game settings, all while having fun and staying active.
