Welcome to the Housekeeping Page for the Special General Meeting (SGM). This page explains the meeting rules to help things run smoothly. Please take a moment to read through them before the meeting so you know what to expect.

The meeting will begin promptly at 8:00 PM. Please log in or arrive a few minutes early to ensure a timely start.
If you are attending in person, Kristin will need to check you in.

If you're joining virtually, ensure a stable internet connection.
Keep your microphone muted unless you are speaking to reduce background noise.
Cameras are optional but encouraged to help us feel more connected.
To confirm your attendance and be eligible to vote, please make sure your full name (first and last) is visible in Google Meet. (To change your name: click the three dots (⋮) > “Change name” > enter your full name.)

In-person attendees can raise their hand to speak.
Virtual attendees are welcome to speak; they must raise their hand and be called to speak by the chair.
(To raise your hand in Google Meet: Click the hand icon ✋ at the bottom of your screen.
This lets us know you'd like to speak or ask a question. To lower your hand, just click the icon again.)

A minimum number of voting members must be present for the meeting to proceed. If quorum is not met, we will reconvene in 72 hours with those in attendance, as per our bylaws.
Please note: As per Part 5, Section 1b, A quorum shall be those present at a duly constituted general meeting of the Club or a minimum of three (3) voting members, whichever is the greater. Any question shall be decided by a majority of the votes unless otherwise required by these Bylaws (Link)

Please do not record the meeting unless you have received prior permission. We will record the session and provide official minutes.

Voting is open only to Active Members who attend the meeting.
You must register to attend and vote. Google link is found in your PlayMetrics email.
You must be registered by Sunday, March 30th at 12:00 p.m.
Please note: registrations cannot be accepted after the deadline.There will be a short window to vote. We will display a QR code that you will need your phone to complete your ballot.
